The king room had solid air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave. The bed linens were decent, and the bathroom came with free toiletries. The location was super convenient, just a quick drive to the Idaho Center, which made it great for our concert. The staff was friendly and helpful too.

The overall upkeep leaves much to be desired. There are signs of general wear throughout the property, from outdated headboards to stains on the bedding. During my stay, I stumbled upon broken light fixtures and had to deal with an unpleasant chemical smell in the hallways. The shower's water pressure fluctuated, which can be irritating when you're trying to rinse off. Parking felt sketchy at times, with random individuals wandering through the lot. I also noticed a troubling lack of care around the premises, like the tubes in the outdoor pool needing maintenance and the absence of basic amenities in the room, such as organized fridge shelves.
